My good ‘ole pals Madison + Craig got married on 11/11 (because they’re cute like that) and then partied the night away at The Doyle in Las Vegas! Their wedding colors were a beautiful blue and gold combo and they added in a bee/honeycomb theme inspired by one of Madi’s tattoos. From blue bridesmaid dresses and hints of blue in the flowers to the gold accents in flatware and honeycomb decor, it was such a beautiful day surrounded by some mean mugging partiers. You know, completely my freaking style!
So our day started at Legend’s Ranch in southwest Las Vegas for Madison + Craig’s ceremony. They have a beautiful shade covered area that is perfect for ceremonies and they have a bridal suite, which makes the morning part of the wedding day slightly easier.
The room is very dark with decor that hasn’t been updated in awhile, though, so if you plan on getting married at Legend’s, it still might be beneficial to get ready at a hotel or space with a lot of natural light— it can be hard to do makeup unless you bring external light! These gals got mostly ready at a hotel and then came to the bridal suite to finish getting ready and do some quick photos prior to the start of the ceremony.
The ceremony takes place right outside of the bridal suite. The arbor for this wedding was a hexagon made by the groom himself and then beautifully decorated with flowers.
There were yellow fall leaves all around the ranch, so we did bridal photos at Legends. Surprise— Las Vegas kind of sometimes has seasons… on select properties around town… hahaha
On our way out, I took my most favorite photo from the whole day! It was actually about 20 feet diagonal of a dumpster, but the light was oh so yummy, so I made us stop before they went on their way to the reception space!
We got to The Doyle right as the sun was starting to go down and we were welcomed by some fun, furry friends (they basically have a farm in their backyard area!). The Doyle is such a unique space that has a ton to offer, from tables and unique chairs to multiple uniquely decorated spaces for photo opportunities.
Oh. And Alpacas.
Next we had all of the first dances. These get me every single time, especially when I see anyone start to cry (which happens every time). It is just so sweet and emotional and the music pulls it out of me!
Mid-way during the reception, we were able to sneak Madison and Craig away into another space at The Doyle. This room is decorated so eclectically, and I love it! There is so much to work with. And then when they bring the alpacas in, of course they steal the show. Just look how cute!
Then the music got louder and things got crazy. Dancing commenced. They partied all night long. And it was fantastic. And one of my personal favorite moments of the night was the garter removal!! These two kill me.
And that was the end of this beautiful evening filled with all of the fun and dancing! It is always a pleasure hanging out with Madison + Craig, so you could only imagine how amazing it was to spend such an important day with them! I was so so honored!
Love you guys :’)
