JW Marriott Las Vegas Wedding

This bride and groom came from out of town, but wanted to keep their wedding ceremony and reception off of the strip! To do this, they decided to tie that knot at their JW Marriott Las Vegas Wedding. And to top it off, they came just a few days before Christmas, so all of the hotel’s Christmas decor added the most perfect warmth.

Lu and Aaron came from Delaware to tie the knot in front of their closest friends and family at this intimate JW Marriott wedding in Las Vegas. This hotel was a beautiful backdrop for all of their photos, as the grounds are actually green and full of plant life– not your typical Las Vegas wedding background!

Getting Ready for this JW Marriott Las Vegas Wedding

First things first, the rooms at the JW Marriott are the perfect place to get ready. This is mostly because they are full of light by their balcony windows. Lu had a room for her and all of her gals to get ready in and the pictures we were able to capture here are some of my favorites! + Makeup was done by the amazing team at Paper Bag Beauty.

Aaron also got ready in a room a few floors down with his brother, cousin, an uncle! Having both the bride and groom get ready at one hotel is definitely a plus– especially for the photographer!

An Outdoor Wedding Ceremony at the JW Marriott

First, I must note, one of the most enticing things about picking the JW Marriott for your Las Vegas Wedding is the amount of greenery on property. For example, this outdoor ceremony took place at the end of December and everything was still SO green. Thus making it is such a beautiful location to say I-do’s!

A Ballroom Brunch Reception

After their I-do’s, these two brought their guests inside for a brunch style reception, catered by the JW Marriott. I had a plate, and it was delicious (this is coming from someone who doesn’t even like breakfast food!).

Then, it was time for the celebration! This reception was filled with beautiful toasts and tons of laughs– make it such a fun early-afternoon party!

The After Party

After this fun morning, the bride and groom surprised their guests with a party bus tour of Las Vegas! Plus, I got to hang out with them while they visited the iconic “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign! It was a blast.

Afterwards, they went off on their tour of the rest of Las Vegas, celebrating through the evening! It was such a perfect day with beautiful people.
