When to do your Las Vegas Sign Photoshoot

I always love when my couples opt to do part of their elopement photoshoot at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign! It is such a quintessential landmark of Las Vegas, although probably much smaller than you’d expect when you see it in person!

Photos here can really be done at any time of the day, but I do love when it is night time and the lights are bright on the sign. Another great time is at sunset (although normally crowded). Or, you can plan for your Vegas sign photoshoot earlier in the morning so you have the area to yourself!

Celebrating your Vegas Elopement

My favorite way that couples celebrate their elopement is through their outfits. This bride opted for sparkly boots, a mini tulle dress, and a mini veil, creating the perfect “married in Vegas” vibe.

Another way to make your photos (and celebration) more fun are to add in accessories, like heart shaped glasses. They look so perfect with Vegas sign photoshoots too!

Las Vegas Elopement Ceremony Locations

Normally, couples will have their elopement ceremony at one location, and then come to the Vegas sign for photos afterwards. Some of my favorite elopement locations are listed below:

• A Little White Chapel
• The Neon Museum
• Sure Thing Chapel

There is also a company in town, Hellbent Hitchings that offers elopements in unique locations around downtown. One of these spots is this parking garage with a huge Neon light on top.
