This gorgeous girl wanted to do her senior photos in Mt. Charleston, so we made it happen + were so lucky because we had the most perfect weather and we saw a whole lot of nature— just wait. I had so much fun hanging out with Ashley and her mom, we just chatted and laughed the whole time. Seriously such a fun night on Las Vegas’s cute lil mountain.

So after driving for a little bit, we found the most perfect spot to shoot. There were pine trees, green grass, and wild horsessss. When I saw the horses, I was stoked— I love when wildlife just ends up in the background of photos. And don’t worry, we didn’t get too close and we didn’t feed or touch them! But they sure were super cute!

We got to play in the sun for a little bit before all of the clouds moved in. She was seriously glowing.

And then she changed outfits to the cutest dress. I wish I could be tan enough to rock this color like she does!

Ashley brought so many adorable outfits, it was so hard to choose. And a photoshoot tip, if you’re unsure about what you want to wear for your session, just bring a bunch of things that you really like and your photographer should be able to help pick what will work best with the location, colors, style, etc. For me, helping pick outfits is such a fun part of my job! I love stylinggggg.

Also as the sun went down, the jacket came out.

Clouds also rolled in which made for such a cotton candy looking sunset. It was gorgeous per usual. Las Vegas really does have awesome sunsets and, in my opinion, they’re even better behind snow capped mountains.

We had enough light to squeeze in one more outfit and we decided to shoot this one in the more desert-y area. The Joshua trees at the base of Mt. Charleston as so cool and they are everywhere!

Ashley is so freaking gorgeous and a huge congratulations to her for graduating high school! Yes— I said high school, you’d never believe it because she is a model girl! *insert all the heart eyes*
