Monica + Mikhail | Harry Potter Themed Mt. Charleston Engagement Session | Las Vegas Photographer

I met Monica + Mikhail through the lovely event coordinator, Starry Eyed Events, and the minute I found out that their wedding was upscale Harry Potter themed, I quickly new our personalities were going to work amazing together. Monica + Mikhail opted for my adventure session option for their engagement photos (with a twist of Harry Potter theme— so cool right!), so we were able to shoot in their new apartments + the cutest coffee shop + Mt. Charleston. It was a dream of an afternoon, I could seriously third wheel these babes all day.

This adventure session started with a little in-home mini session with Monica + Mikhail’s sweet shiba pup. They just moved into a new apartment and it was so adorable and the perfect place to start their engagements session— a little house warming party, confetti and all!

The next place we went was the cutest, kind of secret (I am telling y’all about it, but for real, it is alwayssss busy), coffee/tea shop in Las Vegas, Gabi. It is so cute, the coffee and snacks are so photogenic, and they even have a slide for people to go down. If you haven’t been there, get there. It is so cute.

We head out for the beautiful Mt. Charleston for the rest of this session. It was actually surprisingly chilly at this time of year (this session was in October). We are just crossing our fingers for some nice weather for their wedding which is this October— so freaking excited.

Their outfits were gorgeous, they are gorgeous, it was all so perfect. And those fall leaves were to die for.

And then. They busted out their wands. Like are you serious. Their wands. I just about died and went to heaven— but ya know, gotta save that for the actual wedding when all the Harry Potter-ness is going on and I faint in excitement. (just kidding Monica + Mikhail, no fainting, I am just so excited for all you have in store!)

They are so cute, my goodness.
